2/3 cup macadamia nuts
1-1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/4 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until almost smooth.
Shape dough into 1" balls and place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
