State Cookies

Celebrate your state with your child by helping them create their very own [state cookie]. I am not talking about a cookie shaped like your state. New Mexico was the first state to adopt a state cookie. This cookie is called Bizcochito. My daughter and I just made this cookie for her history lesson. It was delicious.
