Tip of the Week

Hi everyone,

My girls and I are back from vacationing in Florida and the Bahamas. We drove down from Jersey and packed all of our meals. Dinner is perhaps the hardest meal to take with you because you can't heat it up. What we did was make Keilbasa pasta salad the night before. It has meat, pasta, cheese, and some veggies. It can be kept in a cooler until dinner. We packed it in throw away containers so we wouldn't have to worry about finding a place to wash them. This worked out really well and we saved money by not having to eat out. Next time you go on a long road trip, make some keilbasa pasta salad.
