Since I have returned home from vacation I have been experiencing trouble with my telephone and Internet connections. Comcast is on their way for the second time in three days. This time they believe they know what the problem is. In the meantime, I haven't been able to get as much work done as I have wanted to because the Internet is in and out.

I have to just say to myself, "When life hands you lemons, make lemonade". My daughter and I took this literally and went and made ourselves a glass of lemonade. This is my daughter's favorite thing to do so I thought I would post it here.

Fill an eight ounce glass almost to the top with cold water. Cut one lemon in to wedges and squeeze the juice out of it in to the cup. Drop the lemon in the cup when you are done. Now spoon in a tablespoon of sugar. My daughter prefers more than I do so you can add more if you like it sweet. Mix the ingredients and decorate with a drink umbrella. Enjoy.
