Tip of the Week
1 (12 ounce) butterscotch chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup peanuts
5 ounces Chinese dried noodles
Melt butterscotch chips, add the peanut butter and blend well. Add peanuts and Chinese noodles; stir. Form the mixture into nests on a cookie sheet that has been covered with waxed paper. Chill in refrigerator until solid. Fill with jelly beans, M&Mīs, or other colorful Easter candy.
