6 cloves garlic, peeled
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place garlic cloves in a small pan, and drizzle with the olive oil; cover and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes; cook until tender but still firm. Drain, and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
Add roasted garlic to potatoes. Add milk, cheese, butter, salt and pepper. Beat on medium speed of mixer until smooth.
