Need some holiday cooking tips for your Valentine? Make them a heart cake! Bake one round and one square cake. Rotate the square cake so it looks like a diamond. Slice the round cake in half and position the two halves against the diamond's upper edges, fitting tightly. Cover the whole cake with frosting and you'll have a beautiful heart, without having to buy a special pan!
