Tip of the Week

Thai Salsa

3 cups cucumbers, peeled, chopped & seeded
1 cup green onion, chopped
3/4 cup radishes, chopped
1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
3 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced & peeled
3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced garlic
1-1/2 tsp sesame chili oil

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Season with
salt. Cover and refrigerate until juicy, about 2-3
hours. Stir before serving cold with chips.
