Crockpot Chicken & Wild Rice Soup
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup sliced celery
1 (6 ounce) package long grain and wild rice mix
5 cups chicken broth
5 cups water

Combine soup, chicken, mushrooms, celery, rice and contents of seasoning packet in crockpot. Gradually stir in broth and water. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
