Tip of the Week

If you want to keep things cool, try making your corn on the grill. Remove the large outside husks. Pull back the rest of the husks and remove the silk. Spread corn with butter. Fold husks back over the corn and grill. Depending upon the heat, usually about 20 - 30 minutes. Make sure to turn the corn often.
