However, do not grease pans when you are cooking sponge-type cakes.
Surprised the tip says not to grease pans when cooking sponge type cakes - won't they stick to the pan???
to keep cake from sticking to bottom of pan (for the perfect cake) sprinkle a little sugar over the flour. Cakes comes out easily.
