Tip of the Week

Spicy Walnuts

2 Cups Walnuts
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1-1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Lay walnuts in a jelly roll pan. Toast walnuts in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, mix sugar, oil, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne and salt in a bowl. Remove walnuts from the oven. Shake the spice mixture over the nuts and toss until thoroughly coated. Spread nuts in a single layer; cool completely in pan. Store at room temperature in an airtight container up to 1 month.
