When making a cake, remember this useful cooking tip! All of your ingredients should be at room temperature. Also remember to use top quality bakeware for best cake baking. Without even heat displacement and solid bakeware you risk poor results!

Good reminder! I love to make meringues and if the eggs are not room temperature the egg whites never firm up during the beating stage and the meringues just "splat" in the oven instead of becoming light and crispy.
