Crock Pot Chili

Chili tastes better the longer it has to cook. Brown a pound of ground beef and set it in your crock pot. Add one large can of crushed tomatoes, and one small can of tomato paste. Next, add an eight ounce can of kidney beans. Pour in four tablespoons of worcestershire sauce, and four tablespoons of sugar. Sprinkle in some red pepper flakes. Finally, chop up one small onion, and one green pepper. Add them to the crock pot and give the items a stir. Cook on low for eight hours. Serve with some cornbread.
