Rub a little olive oil, chopped garlic, and finely chopped onions over your New York Strip steaks. Set the steaks in the fridge for one hour and then remove. Heat your frying pan up to medium high heat. Add a tbsp. of olive oil to the pan. Place your steaks in the pan. Cook for six minutes on each side.
