Tip of the Week

One of my favorite desserts on Thanksgiving is pumpkin pie! It tastes great just the way it is, but there is a way to jazz it up and set it apart from the pumpkin pie you have had year after year. You can make a streusel topping. In a bowl combine a quarter of a cup of brown sugar, two tbsp. of flour, two tbsp. of butter, and half a cup of chopped pecans. Once they are combined, simply sprinkle it all over the pumpkin pie and then bake your pumpkin pie as normal. Enjoy!
