Tip of the Week

Pumpkin Bread

3 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup oil
3 cups Self-Rising Flour
2 cups Pumpkin
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together, and stir till thoroughly mixed. Pour the dough into two lightly greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Cool before inverting.
