Tip of the Week

Hot & Spicy Mixed Nuts

2 cups pecan halves
2 cups walnut halves
2 cups whole almonds
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 Tbsp white wine Worcestershire sauce
1-1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground red pepper
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp ground white pepper

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Place nuts in a 9 x 13" baking pan. In a small bowl,
combine melted butter, white wine Worcestershire sauce, salt, and peppers. Pour mixture over nuts; stir to coat. Bake 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool in pan. Store in an airtight container.
