Tip of the Week

Chuckwagon Dinner

1 onion, chopped
1-1/2 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
6 potatoes, sliced
1 can kidney beans
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 Tbsp flour
Salt, Pepper & Garlic to taste

Put onion in the bottom of the crockpot; add the cooked ground beef, sliced potatoes, and beans. Mix the flour with the juice from the tomatoes, stirring well to dissolve lumps. Add the tomatoes and the flour mixture. Sprinkle with seasonings as desired. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
