Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms

6-8 Portabella Mushrooms
4 Tbsp Butter
1 (8ounce) package Cream Cheese
4-5 strips Bacon, cooked until crisp, cooled and crumbled
1/2 Cup Mozzarella or Provolone cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Saute mushroom caps in butter for about 5 minutes, reserving the remaining butter.

Place caps in an oven-proof dish.

Mix the cream cheese and bacon, and top mushrooms
caps, dividing mixture evenly.

Top with the grated cheese. Pour the reserved butter around mushrooms and bake for about 8-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted, at 375 degrees.
