5 cups turkey stock (or chicken stock)
1 cup water
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp celery salt
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Gravy Master (for color, optional)
In a medium saucepan, bring the turkey stock to a boil. Gradually dissolve flour in water. Slowly add the flour mixture to the turkey stock, stirring constantly. Stir in poultry seasoning, pepper, celery, and salt. Boil to desired consistency.
