3 cups cranberries
1-1/2 cups orange juice
1 cup apples; thinly sliced
1/2 cup golden raisins; chopped
1 Tbsp orange zest; thinly sliced
1 cinnamon stick
8 whole cloves
2-1/2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except the vinegar. Bring to simmer, stirring to combine. Cover, reduce heat to low and cook until cranberries burst and mixture thickens slightly, about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in vinegar and cool. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
