3 egg whites at room temperature
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Add cream of tartar and vanilla; beat until soft peaks form. Add sugar 2 Tbsp at a time; beating after each addition. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet, and bake at 250 for 25 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave cookies inside for 30 minutes.
