Pure Coconut Oil

100% Pure coconut oil is the only fat that is actually good for diabetics. It helps to regulate blood sugar because it doesn't require the pancreas to produce so many enzymes. Diabetics should use this oil when cooking. Four tbsp. per day is fine, but never consume pure coconut oil on an empty stomach. It can cause gas and bloating.
