How do I stop ice from forming in my ice cream?

No-Ice-Ice Cream

Smart Food Storage: To stop ice crystals from forming in your ice cream, simply place a piece of plastic wrap on the surface of the ice cream. Push down on the plastic wrap to make the seal as airtight as possible, then close the carton and return to the freezer.
