Tip of the Week

Sundays in the fall are great for watching football games. This is the perfect time to serve a nice hot dip with a bag of nachos. This can easily be done with three simple ingredients. First, you cook one pound of ground beef in a skillet. Drain the fat and then add one eight oz. can of diced tomatoes. Next, add one eight oz. pkg. of cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and combined with the other two ingredients. Pour in a bowl and serve hot.


You can also top the dip with some thinly sliced pieces of a jalapeno pepper.
