Tip of the Week

Spicy Potpourri

1/4 cup whole cloves
Rind of 1 orange, cut in strips
Rind of 1 lemon, cut in strips
1 cup whole allspice
10 cinnamon sticks
8 small bay leaves
4 whole nutmegs
3 Tbsp star anise
2 Tbsp whole cardamom pods

Mix all ingredients together and display in a large bowl.
