Tip of the Week

Grilled Salmon with Dill and Lemon

4 salmon steaks

Marinade:
Juice of 1 large lemon
1 tsp lemon zest
2 Tbsp canola or vegetable oil
1 Tbsp fresh dill, or 1 tsp dried dill
1 clove garlic, minced

Place salmon in a shallow glass dish. Combine marinade ingredients; pour over salmon. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Grill salmon directly over medium coals, basting with marinade, for about 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily.
