Tip of the Week

Almond Rice

2 Tbsp butter
1 onion, chopped
3 cups cooked rice
2 cans chicken broth
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup almonds

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Saute onions in the butter until soft. Mix with other ingredients, pour into a buttered casserole dish and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
